Handmade Soba noodle store using the natural water from Mt. Fuji

Soba noodle store in Shimoyoshida near Kinuya Machi. Every early in the morning, they make their Soba noodle by using the natural water from Mt. Fuji. The pure good water is a big factor to make good noodles, and especially water from Mt. Fuji is one of the most purified water in Japan. Regular Zaru Soba from 700 yen, Lunch Set from 900 yen. You can also enjoy Izakaya style in the night.
